STI Haemophilus ducreyi
Haemophilus ducreyi is a bacterium that causes a sexually transmitted disease known as Chancre Bland or Chancroid.
Form of infection:
You can get the infection through unprotected vaginal, anal, or oral sex with an infected person.
In both men and women, the bacteria induce the production of a chancre, which is a painful lesion with irregular edges in the genital or perianal region (area that goes from the anus to the genitals). Multiple chancres are usually present.
At Bioclinic Laboratories, the PCR test is performed from urine by highly trained personnel, with the highest quality standards.
