De esta forma evitando posibles complicaciones a\u00a0corto, medio plazo.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3>Gonorrea<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cNeisseria gonorrhoeae\u201d Es la bacteria causante de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/es\/news-room\/fact-sheets\/detail\/multi-drug-resistant-gonorrhoea\"><strong>gonorrea<\/strong>,<\/a> segunda <strong>infecci\u00f3n de transmisi\u00f3n sexual (ITS)<\/strong> m\u00e1s frecuentemente reportada en el mundo que afecta tanto a hombres como mujeres. Esta infecci\u00f3n puede llegar a afectar sitios anat\u00f3micos desde uretra, c\u00e9rvix, faringe y recto.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\">Forma de transmisi\u00f3n ITS:<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">Se puede contraer al tener relaciones sexuales anales, orales y vaginales con una persona que tenga la infecci\u00f3n o que no han completado su tratamiento. La madre infectada puede transmitir la infecci\u00f3n al momento del parto.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\">S\u00edntomas:<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">Aproximadamente un 10 % de las personas no presentan s\u00edntomas.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Hombres: secreci\u00f3n purulenta en el pene, edema en el pene, inflamaci\u00f3n de test\u00edculos y recto incluso artritis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Mujeres: Secreci\u00f3n purulenta, dolor al orinar, sangrado entre periodos menstruales e inflamaci\u00f3n p\u00e9lvica aguda, inflamaci\u00f3n del recto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"p1\">Detecci\u00f3n ITS:<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/es\/news-room\/fact-sheets\/detail\/multi-drug-resistant-gonorrhoea\">gonorrea<\/a> no es prevenible mediante vacunas.
