USA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Travelers who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will be able to travel to the US from anywhere in the world starting in November, the White House announced. Europe<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is important that you reach your final destination, since Europe, although it works as a single country in many things, the pandemic has made each country work differently.
\nTo enter Europe by direct flight from Costa Rica, you must think about whether the final destination<\/a> is the country of the plane ticket or is simply a transit to another country. As the first country is the gateway to Europe (Schengen Treaty), the requirements of said first country must be considered.<\/p>\n

In general, any of the four options are being requested, which we list below:
\n1. Complete vaccination health certificate
\n2. Health certificate of having passed the COVID
\n3. Negative PCR test no longer than 72 hours
\n4. Negative antigen test no longer than 72 hours<\/p>\n

Nicaragua<\/strong><\/p>\n

To enter Nicaragua, they must present an exam with a negative result of the COVID 19 test carried out in the last 72 hours, as well as the passport and the payment of exit taxes, this because Nicaragua is only allowing the entry of citizens of nationals and foreigners to their country, with a negative test result for COVID-19.<\/p>\n

For this reason, a call is made to Nicaraguan citizens and of any nationality who require to travel to Nicaragua, that they must present this requirement to leave Costa Rica, in addition to the other immigration requirements, and that if they do not have it, they refrain from traveling. or proceed to request it in private clinics and hospitals.<\/p>\n

Panam\u00e1<\/strong><\/p>\n

The borders of Panama are open to international travelers, keeping the safety and health of both tourists and locals as a priority.
\n* Travelers who can present a card or digital certification of the complete vaccination scheme endorsed by WHO, EMA and FDA, equal to or greater than 14 days after their last dose, will be exonerated from presenting a negative COVID-19 test at the time of entry.<\/p>\n

* Travelers not vaccinated or with an incomplete vaccination scheme must present a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test for a maximum of 72 hours upon arrival in Panama.
\n* If it is not possible to present a test within the established period, a rapid COVID-19 test must be carried out at the airport, which will be borne by the traveler, prior to their passage through migration. (Value US $ 50)
\n* If the test gives a positive result, the Ministry of Health will assign the stay of a Hotel Hospital for a period of 14 days. The cost of the stay must be fully covered by the traveler.
\n* ALL travelers must present their complete Health Affidavit (in physical or digital form) to the airline BEFORE boarding for Panama.

FOR INCOMING TRAVELERS COMING FROM OR WHO HAVE TRANSITTED THROUGH HIGH RISK COUNTRIES IN THE LAST 15 DAYS
\nHIGH RISK COUNTRIES AS OF SEPTEMBER 16: United States, Cuba, Guatemala, Costa Rica, French Guyana, United Kingdom, Greece, Georgia, Estonia, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Azerbaijan, Israel, Malaysia and Mongolia, South Africa, Guinea Bissau, Tunisia and Fiji.<\/p>\n

* Travelers not vaccinated or with an incomplete vaccination schedule:
\n* They must comply with a mandatory quarantine of 72 hours in:
\n* An authorized hotel of your choice with a confirmed reservation prior to your arrival that you must present in print upon arrival in Panama. The full cost of each reservation must be covered by the traveler.<\/p>\n
